The Lappeenranta City Theatre awaits its audience in the middle of a crowded shopping centre. Cafés, restaurants and hotels are located in its immediate vicinity. City Theatre programme is in Finnish.
Fortress Summer Theatre performances start in late June and there are also folk dance shows and sing-alongs. Many of the city’s museums are located at the Fortress.
